Gravinella Valle D’Itria IGP
Tasting: Good consistency wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose has an excellent intensity and good olfactory complexity with strong varietal aromas represented by notes of green apple, white peach and banana, combined with floral of white rose and jasmine. The taste is fresh, well-structured with good acidity and pleasant softness.
Pairings: Excellent to accompany fish and white meat dishes.
